Description Janchi guksu (잔치국수), Korean noodle dish made with anchovy broth, wheat noodles, and vegetables. Janchi literally means "feast" or "banquet" in Korean because noodles were eaten for special occasions such as wedding feast, or birthday parties in the past. Also guksu refers to noodles.
