Deutsch: An dieser Stelle auf Wangerooge herrschen meist Westwinde vor. Man blickt in dieselbe Richtung, in die diese Winde meist auch wehen. Die hohe Weissdünenkette ist hier im Bereich den Neuen Leuchtturms vom Wind oder von vorherigen Sturmfluten stark zerstört. Die bizarren Windhöcker erinnern an sogenannte Yardangs aus asiatischen Wüsten. Die weißen Gebäude in der Entfernung sind der Ort Wangerooge. Der rot-weiße Leuchtturm in der Entfernung ist der Alte Leuchtturm im Ort selbst. |
