Description
Deutsch: Rechts im Bild die Rurauenstraße, links die Kreisbahnstraße, welche parallel zur Trasse der Jülicher Kreisbahn verläuft. Die Bahntrasse ist trotz Stilllegung rechtlich gesehen nach wie vor dem Eisenbahnverkehr gewidmet und verläuft hinter den Werbeschildern über den Parkplatz des Netto-Marktes und sodann, leicht nach links abbiegend, unmittelbar hinter den im linken Bildbereich zu sehenden Wohnhäusern an der Kreisbahnstraße. Ihre genaue Lage ist auf Flurkarten wie z.B. https://www.elwasweb.nrw.de/ zweifelsfrei zu erkennen. Unmittelbar hinter dem Netto-Markt verlief nach rechts (parallel zur Rückwand des Netto-Gebäudes) das Anschlussgleis der Papierfabrik Schleipen & Erkens (heute Mondi).
