За процесуального керівництва Донецької обласної прокуратури розпочато досудове розслідування у кримінальному провадженні за фактом порушення законів та звичаїв війни (ч. 2 ст. 438 КК України).

Про це повідомляє Офіс Генерального прокурора України.
6 вересня 2023 року, близько 14:00, окупанти обстріляли м. Костянтинівку. На цей раз армія рф поцілила по одному з ринків у середмісті.
Внаслідок влучання снарядів у торгових павільйонах здійнялася пожежа. Станом на 16:00 від атаки окупантів загинули 16 людей. Ще 31 осіб зазнали поранень різного ступеня тяжкості, їм надається невідкладна медична допомога.
За попередніми даними, пошкоджено 20 магазинів, лінії електропередач, адмінбудівля та 5-й поверх житлового будинку. Вщент згоріли легкові автомобілі та 8 торговельних об’єктів. Наразі триває пошуково-рятувальна операція. Під завалами ще перебувають люди.

Прокурори вживають всі можливі й належні заходи для фіксації воєнних злочинів рф.
