Svenska: Krutbanan var en hemlig militär järnväg i Stockholm, ca 3 km lång, från stambanan strax norr om Ulriksdals station till ett ammunitionsförråd i Ursvik. Krutbanan fanns inte utritad på allmänt tillgängliga kartor. Redan på 1970-talet hade trafiken på Krutbanan blivit mycket sparsam och under 1980-talets senare del revs spåren upp.
English: "Krutbanan" (The gunpowder line) was a secret military railroad in Stockholm, about 3 km long, from the main railway line a bit north of Ulriksdal station to an ammunition depot in Ursvik. "Krutbanan" was never drawn on publicly available map. Already in the 1970's the rail trafic was very sparse there and during the later parts of the 1980's the rails were torn up and removed. |
