Kommentar: Zur Enthüllungsfeier des Denkmals schrieb Theodor Fontane die Verse 'Wohl, angesichts von meinem Schloss, / Mag ich hier droben wohnen, / Doch gilt's mein Volk - mit Mann und Ross / Einschmelzt mich zu Kanonen; / Wohl thron`ich hier auf sichrem Sitz, / Mein Schimmel selbst ward erzen, / Doch sichrer thront der alte Fritz / In alten Preußenherzen. - Auch auf dieser Medaille ist das immer wieder verwendete Porträt des Königs mit Dreispitz dargestellt. Die Rückseite gibt das Reiterstandbild von Christian Daniel Rauch wieder, wie es heute in Berlin in der Straße 'Unter den Linden' aufgestellt ist. Siehe auch Objektnummer 18214515.
