Description LC-DIG-DET-4a15090: USS New Hampshire, New York Naval Reserve officer and sailors, possibly 1898. At this time, she served as a training ship for the New York Naval Militia in order to furnish officers and men for the Spanish-American War. Photographed by Detroit Publishing, New York. (6/5/2015).
