Partie nord de la "Promenade des arts" (photo panoramique obtenue par calcul) La bibliothèque Louis Nucéra se trouve en-dessous du jardin. La Tête Carrée, (le bâtiment gris au fond du jardin) a été imaginée par le sculpteur Sacha Sosno. Ce monument-sculpture haut de trente mètres, large de quatorze, accueille les bureaux de la bibliothèque Louis Nucéra. Au fond, Acropolis, le centre des congrès de Nice-Côte-d'Azur
