Bahasa Indonesia: Lakatan Serundeng adalah hidangan tradisional khas dari daerah Banjarmasin, Kalimantan Selatan, Indonesia. Ini adalah hidangan yang menggabungkan dua elemen utama: "lakatan" yang merupakan singkong kukus atau ketan, dan "serundeng" yang merupakan kelapa parut yang dipanggang dengan bumbu khas.
English: Lakatan Serundeng is a traditional dish typical of the Banjarmasin area, South Kalimantan, Indonesia. It is a dish that combines two main elements: "lakatan" which is steamed cassava or sticky rice, and "serundeng" which is grated coconut toasted with special spices.
