| Description |
Deutsch: Das Kirchenschiff wurde 1963/64 neu erbaut, während der Kirchturm - zumindest die unteren Stockwerke - noch aus romanischer Zeit stammen. Die Kirche war ehemals - wie Bergfelden - mit hohen Mauern umgeben, welche aber gegen 1846 abgebrochen wurden.
Der Chor mit dem gotischen Rippenkreuzgewölbe befindet sich im Kirchturm. Der Chorbogen in welchem sich das Wappen der Herren von Fluorn befindet, dürfte noch größtenteils romanischen Ursprungs sein. An der Tür zur Sakristei befindet sich die Jahreszahl 1489, welche aber zur Zeit überputzt ist. Unterhalb einem kleinen Fenster Richtung Osten, ist zudem die Jahreszahl 1535 zu lesen, vermutlich das Jahr, in welchem das Schrägdach am Kirchturm errichtet wurde. |
