Landesmuseum in Zürich (Switzerland Mosaic of William Tell being arrested by three men-at-arms for not saluting Gessler's hat in Altdorf. One of the fourteen mosaics on the facade of the armoury of the Swiss National Museum, 244.5 x 474 cm (inv. no. LM 59002). Sandreuter won a competition for the design of the fourteen mosaics in 1897 but left them unfinished upon his death in 1901. Literature:
