Мемориальный знак устанавливается на фасаде дома, адрес которого стал для этого человека последним. English: The Last Address Sign is a commemorative plaque that is installed on the last known residential address of victims of the Soviet Union's Communist regime. The memorial sign is a small, 11x19 cm stainless steel plaque that contains information about the repressed person. This information usually contains his or her name, profession, date of birth, date of arrest, date and reason of death (was shot or died in a Soviet concentration camp), and date of rehabilitation ('for lack of corpus delicti').

Москва, Фрунзенская набережная (ранее называлась Хамовническая набережная), дом 2/1. «Последний адрес» певицы Юлии Владиславовны Молочниковой-Филиппович и ещё семи человек.

В настоящее время база данных «Мемориала» содержит сведения о 21 жителе Фрунзенской набережной Москвы, расстрелянном в годы советской власти. База данных постоянно дополняется новыми сведениями. Число арестованных и погибших в лагерях ГУЛАГа не установлено.

Первые две мемориальные таблички на Фрунзенской набережной были установлены 24 февраля 2018 года на доме №46. Здесь жили мать и дочь Ростовцевы. Ольга Михайловна и Ирина Евгеньевна были расстреляны в один день, 20 апреля 1950 года. В 1956 году реабилитированы посмертно. Их дела хранятся в Центральном архиве ФСБ.
