В воскресенье, 15 декабря 2019 года, в Москве по адресу улица Петровка, дом 26, строение 1, была установлена мемориальная табличка «Последний адрес» с именем студента Московского педагогического института иностранных языков (МГПИИЯ) Петра Михайловича Нотерзора. В момент ареста ему ещё не было 30 лет, его сыну исполнилось пять месяцев.

Петр Нотерзор был арестован 3 сентября 1937 г. Обвинён в том, что он 'завязывал подозрительные связи по шпионажу с инженерами военных предприятий'. 13 декабря 1937 г. комиссией НКВД СССР и прокуророй СССР приговорен к расстрелу. Приговор был приведён в исполнение палачами НКВД СССР 19 декабря 1937 года. Место захоронения - Московская обл., Бутово. Реабилитирован в январе 1958 г.
