Description
Deutsch: Wallschule, Launitzstraße 40 in Frankfurt-Sachsenhausen; Ehemalige städtische Bürgerschule für Knaben in spätklassizistischem Dekor. Das Schulgebäude wurde nach Plänen von Karl Friedrich Henrich und Johann Justus Gustav Rügemer mit strenger Fassadenrasterung und prägnantem Mittelrisalit erbaut. Die ursprüngliche Verblendsteinfassade befindet sich unter Verputz. Das rustizierende Sockelgeschoss ist, genauso wie Gliederungs- und Schmuckelemente, in Werkstein ausgeführt; erbaut 1870/1871; Kulturdenkmal des Landes Hessen
