Description
Français : Le Don Giovanni est un exemple de changement fonctionnel d' un bateau. En effet, le Don Giovanni est un ancien remorqueur transformé en bateau de croisière de luxe. Construit au Japon, à kobe en 1964, le Don Giovanni fit la navette pour remorquer des matériaux de construction entre l' Asie et l' Afrique (construction d' un port). Il effectua également des trajets entre l' Angleterre et l' Afrique. En 1979, il fut reconditionné et modifié en Italie et utilisé à nouveau pour le remorquage de matériaux de construction. Il servit aussi à des sauvetages en mer. En 1994, son activité de remorquage prit fin et destiné à la démolition, le Don Giovanni, après des études positives, fut transformé en bateau de loisirs. Puis en 2004 il subit une tranformation substantielle de la partie habitable pour devenir un bateau de croisière de luxe. Le Don Giovanni est toujours considéré comme un remorqueur selon les registres d' immatriculation des navires. En 2002 il a permis le sauvetage d' un bateau en Méditerranée. Le Don Giovanni mesure 27,56 mètres de long et 7,60 de large. Il bat pavillon du Royaume-Uni. IMO 6419423.
