Yucun or Inhabit the desert

Le pavillon national du Pérou est situé dans "l'Arsenale".

Il présente le projet de ville nouvelle de 250.000 personnes qui doit être construite dans le désert pour permettre d'exploiter les nouvelles possibilités offertes par le tunnel de 20 Km, à travers les Andes, qui a été percé ces dernières années, et qui amène l'eau depuis le bassin de l'Amazone dans cette partie désertique du nord du Pérou.
