Nederlands: Tussen 1896 en 1981 nam de oppervlakte van Leiden met een factor 12 toe.
Tot 1896 vormde de Singel de stadsgrens. Bij vier annexaties nam Leiden grond over van de omliggende gemeenten Oegstgeest, Leiderdorp, Zoeterwoude, Voorschoten/Wassenaar en Warmond. |
