English: The three floors of the house at Leipziger Str. 30 in Berlin up to the cornice below the roof around 1889. At this time the house was owned by the merchant E. A. Hinterlach. The following stores and companies were located here: Louis Brockmann Nachf. Kurzwaren (Louis Brockmann's descendants, haberdashery, gallantry goods shop), A. W. Bullrich vormals Stegmann (A. W. Bullrich formerly Stegmann, perfume goods manufacturer), Gebrüder Fonrobert (brothers Fonrobert, rubber goods manufacturers, import and export), the warehouse of Gebrüder Göring Band- u. Seidenwaaren (brothers Göring, silk goods shop), E. A. Hinterlach Delikatessen (meat goods shop), Georg Ritze (cook to order), store of the gold goods factory F. J. Schröder.
Deutsch: Die drei Etagen des Hauses Leipziger Str. 30 bis zum Kranzgesims unterhalb des Dachs etwa 1889. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt ist das Haus Eigentum des Kaufmanns E. A. Hinterlach. Folgende Geschäfte und Firmen befinden sich hier: Louis Brockmann Nachf. Kurzwaren (Galanteriewarenhandlung), A. W.
