Description
Deutsch: Aufnahme eines Ausfallortes verursacht durch Elektromigration in einer Kupferleiterbahn unter dem Rasterelektronenmikroskop. Die Passivierung wurde vorher durch Reactive Ion Etching (RIE) und Fluorwasserstoffsäure (HF) entfernt. Die Ätzprozesse sind dabei nicht erprobt gewesen und beruhen auf Versuchen das bestmögliche Resultat zu erlangen.
