Port Olona, ​​the commercial port of Les Sables-d'Olonne in Vendée. Built in 1979 and completed in 1988, in 1989 it hosted the first edition of the Vendée Globe. This is the starting and finishing point of this race which takes place every 4 years.

Français : Port Olona, le port de commerce des Sables-d'Olonne en Vendée. Il a été construit en 1979 puis terminé en 1988. En 1989, Port Olona accueille la première édition du Vendée Globe. Depuis, c’est le point de départ et d’arrivée de cette course qui a lieu tous les quatre ans.
