| Description |
English: Built in 1987, this Postmodern-style skyscraper was designed by Sherman Carter Barnhart for the Webb Companies to serve as the headquarters of the Webb Companies, as well as a commercial office building. The building is the tallest building in Lexington, standing 31 stories and 410 feet (125 meters) tall. The building features a blue-tinted glass exterior, an octagonal footprint, a trapezoid-shaped roof, and a plaza around the base. The building today houses the Lexington offices of Fifth Third Bank, among other office tenants. The Vine Center (formerly World Trade Center Lexington) is on the left. |
