Description
Français : Lille (France - département du Nord) – Immeuble 15-25 rue du Sec Arembault aux lignes courbes et fluides flanqué de pilastres polychrome et d'une frise moulurée sous corniche.
Façade composée de 3 travées larges, percées de fenêtres d'inégales largeurs sur les étages. L'ensemble repose sur un RdC servant d'entrée à une galerie commerciale. Hautes baies larges et étroites, à arcature en anse-de panier ou cintrées.
Eléments saillants : 1 balcon en fer forgé régnant sur l'ensemble du 1° étage, 6 balcons en fer forgé devant chaque fenêtre du 2° et 3° étage. Détails et modénatures : pilastres colossaux aux corps polychromes, frise de chevrons sous chéneaux s'alternant avec des cabochons, arcs polychromes, consoles moulurées, petits balcons aux lignes en coup de fouet.
Polychromie de la façade par l'emploi d'un appareil mixte de briques, pierres et brique émaillées.
Architecte : Edmond Delourme.
