Summary[edit]

Description The former Coast Guard Lifesaving Station at Little Island Park, Virginia Beach. The sign says "Former Little Island Lifesaving station 1887-1964", but Coast Guard documents state the station's first structure was built in 1878 and conveyed to the Coast Guard in 1881. The house number of this structure is 3820. According to this site this particular building was built in 1925.
