Description
English: Longitudinal microtubules in a chicken primary culture multinucleated myotube. The myotube is visualized with differential interference contrast optics, which shows the myofibrils and the nuclei compared with nuclei stained with Dapi. Note that there are no conspicuous microtubule-organizing centers, although it is possible to see an accumulation of microtubules around the nuclei.
