English: Hurricane Lorenzo over the Atlantic Ocean on 29 September 2019, a few hours after peak intensity. At the time of the image, Lorenzo was a large and very powerful Category 4 major hurricane, with one-minute sustained winds of approximately 130 kn (240 km/h; 150 mph). Lorenzo was the easternmost Category 5 hurricane on record in the Atlantic Ocean. |
