Description
Dansk: Portræt af kardinal
Dansk: Sandsynligvis kardinal Carlo Barberini
; cf. A. Muñoz i L'Arte, XX, 1917, p. 51. Iflg. Enggass i storia dell'Arte, 15-16, 1972, fig. 1), se Harald Olsen, 1961, pp. 112 f., pl. CXXXVI. Imidlertid forestiller busten ingen af kardinalerne Francesco Barberini d.æ. (1597-1679), Antonio Barberini d.æ. (d. 1646) eller Antonio Barberini d.y. (1607-71). 61). Den mest sandsynlige kandidat forekommer at være kardinal Carlo Barberini (1630-1704), cf. hans portræt tilskrevet Maratta, M. A. Lavin, seventeenth-Century Barberini Documents and Inventories of Art, 1975, fig. 6.
