Description
English: This is a photo of Louis H. Severance, President of the College of Wooster's Board of Trustees, as published in his eulogy in the 1915 Wooster Index yearbook, p.7. At his urging, the College banned national fraternities and sororities. He was a benefactor for several college buildings, but none after the ban.
