Summary
[edit]DescriptionLura National Park, Albania.jpg |
English: Lura National Park extends around the mountain "Kunora e Lura", which is 2121 meters above sea level.
The forest of Lura consists of deciduous and coniferous trees. The most widespread is the beech, which forms dense forests that extend up to an altitude of 1600–1700 m. Cypress, black pine and white pine grow in the beech. Further above the height of 1700 m, black and white arneni grow. The beauty of this area is also its lakes. In total, there are 12 lakes, but 7 are the largest, which are known throughout Albania as the Lakes of Lura. Lakes of Lura are glacial lakes. The mountains of Lura have a north-south direction. The mountains of Lura rise to 2250 m. |
