Description
Português: O ministro Luiz Fux, do Supremo Tribunal Federal, determinou nesta quarta-feira (25) o retorno do vice-prefeito de Criciúma, Márcio Búrigo (PP), ao comando da prefeitura municipal. O magistrado revogou liminar do ministro Ricardo Levandowski, que no início do ano determinou a posse no cargo de Clésio Salvaro (PSDB). Reeleito para comandar o executivo municipal em outubro de 2012, Salvaro não tomou posse de seu segundo mandato, na época, porque teve o registro da candidatura indeferido pela Justiça Eleitoral, com base na Lei da Ficha Limpa.
