Description Gen. John P. Jumper, the U.S Air Force Chief of Staff, makes remarks at the formal naming ceremony of MV TSgt. John A. Chapman. The Navy cargo ship was named for Tech Sgt. Chapman, a combat air controller killed in action in Afghanistan in 2002. He was posthumously awarded the Air Force Cross for his extraordinary heroism.
