Summary

[edit]
Description

Definition of magnetic energy of permanent magnet. The magnetic energy (red curve) is a product of flux density B and magnetic field strength H. It is calculated for the second quadrant, through which the demagnetising curve (blue colour) is plotted. The magnetic energy takes a maximum (BH)max, at which there is optimum working point (Ba, Ha) of a magnet. Br is the remanence, and BHC is the coercive force.

Definicja energii magnetycznej magnesu. Br oznacza remanencję, a BHC koercję.
