Description : La demeure possède un plan asymétrique ainsi qu'un garage pour automobile, en façade, qui préfigure une habitude de nos bâtisseurs contemporains. De toute évidence, cette pratique montre bien l'importance accordée à l'automobile depuis les années trente. La distribution des pièces est considérée comme moderne, la cuisine côtoyant notamment la salle à manger sur le même étage.
