Italiano: Questo inconfondibile edificio in puro stile razionalista fu progettato nel 1939 dall'ingegnere Raoul Puhali ed è oggi conosciuto col nome di "Mali neboder" (grattacielo piccolo) per distinguerlo dal vicino e più centrale "Veliki neboder" (grattacielo grande) che venne progettato nello stesso periodo dall'architetto Umberto Nordio.
English: This unmistakable building in pure rationalist style was designed in 1939 by the engineer Raoul Puhali and is today known as the "Mali neboder" (small skyscraper) to distinguish it from the nearby and more central "Veliki neboder" (large skyscraper) which was designed in the same period by the architect Umberto Nordio.
