St Michael, a Russian sail boat, was sailing from Amsterdam to St. Petersburg in 1747 with luxory goods when it sank. It was found in the sea near Borstö island, Gulf of Finland, in the 1950s. Part of the cargo is now in the Maritime museum including several pieces of intact Meissen porcelain. The ship has not yet been lifted from the sea.
