This publication is a security overview. It supersedes the NELC pamphlet “Security Is Everybody’s Business” and NOSC Technical Document 490, Revision A, “Security Training.” It provides basic security principles and procedures to ensure uniformity and effectiveness in implementing the Naval Ocean Systems Center’s security program.
