Description
Español: Placa instalada el 18/3/2015 y restaurada el 19/7/2020. Texto: "Plaza Mártires de AUTE. El nombre de esta plaza honra la memoria de aquellos trabajadores y trabajadoras de UTE, miembros de su sindicato AUTE, que fueron perseguidos por su militancia sindical o política en los oscuros tiempos del terrorismo de Estado en Uruguay. En particular la de quienes dieron su vida en defensa de los derechos y libertades democráticas. Su sacrificio no fue en vano. Marzo 2015"
