فارسی: ماسال شهری در استان گیلان ایران که در کنار کوه‌های تالش واقع شده‌است. معنی کلمه ماسال کوه وار یا کنار کوه یا دارای کوه است که از کلماتی مانند مسال,مازال و ... گرفته شده است فاصلهٔ ماسال از شهر تالش ۶۰ کیلومتر است و با رشت از راه صومعه‌سرا ۵۵ کیلومتر فاصله دارد. تصویر از ارتفاعات ماسال تهیه شده است
