Summary[edit]

Description

Production: 1954 - 1957 (25 built) Engine: 2,5 litre R6 (petrol) Power: 220 PS Gearbox: 4 speed manual Layout: front engine, rear drive

I've always been a fan of the classic Maserati Grand Prix cars, and the 250 F couldn't be a better example. Dressed in red, this is one of 25 race cars built by the factory to compete in races throughout Europe. They were powered by a 2,5-litre six-cylinder engine producing up to 290 PS. With only 800 kg to push, the cars could reach 280 km/h.
