Merknad: På 1700-tallet borgermester Hans C. Hagerups eiendom. Han drev reperbanen som lå på den søndre delen av eiendommen i og mot Repslagerveita. Her lå også byens tredje eldste apotek Hjorten, grunnlagt 1861 av danske cand. pharm. Frederik C. S. Skaarup.

Trondheim husmorskole ble grunnlagt 1898 under navnet Husholdningsskolen og holdt til her inntil 1899 da de flyttet til Dronningens gate 56. I 1909 flyttet skolen videre til kommunens eiendom Dronningens gate 29.

Tidligere holdt også Auto-Centralen av 1925 til i eiendommen.
