Description
English: Lithograph of Mathilde Caroline of Bavaria, Grand Duchess of Hesse and by Rhine. Three quarter length with hair in ringlets, jewelled clasp, pearl necklace, gown, and mantle edged in fur. The Princess is pictured standing with a view of a landscape in the background. With German inscription below. For another impression printed with a single tone-plate see RCIN 610961.
