English: Place: Hezhou, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region
Chinese name: 大通V80 (dàtōng V80) Year of launch: 2011 British commercial carmaker LDV, producing the LDV Maxus van, went bankrupt in 2009 and the remainings were bought by Eco Concept Limited and SAIC. The brand was relaunched in China in 2011 as Maxus (Datong), with the van being called Maxus V80. At the end of 2013 SAIC Maxus launched the smaller G10 MPV/van, in November 2016 followed by the T60 pick-up and just a few months ago its first SUV: the D90. |
