| Description | This was built in 1913 and originally named the Helgerson Block. The first occupants of the building were five real estate agents, a broker, a doctor and 11 private tenants. After being vacant since 2004, CFCR Radio recently moved its studios into the third floor. On the main floor, Souleio Foods will soon open. |
