An Aspiring artist from Miami, FL. Born and raised in the suburbs of the city, a rustling city where it’s difficult to strive. At 19, (RIP Bandz) born Marc Acosta on July 9th, 2019 caught his first charge, a dissapointing day in the musicians life. As he was booked into TGK for first degree armed robbery and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon that carries life in prison with a conviction in the state of Florida. While in jail, he wrote his first album which was later to be released as singles. This was not his first run in with the law, his juvenile record has a reoffending reflection of his most recent allegations. Aspiring artist with promised potential, while serving two months in a county jail his Instagram (@theofficialripbandz) following skyrocketed from 30K to 50K. Later having well known artists such as YFN Lucci recognize and follow via Instagram. According to “Marc Acosta” he’s always wrote music since he was in middle school at Citrus Grove Middle School in Little Havana, FL but it was not until he was released fron Jail on Pre Trial on the 5th of December that a week later he would meet with Steve Morales at his private studio in a luxurious mansion down south near Cutler Bay, FL. That he knew he was destined to make music and touch the life of others with his voice. Born in Jackson Memorial Hospital, Acosta is the oldest of two brothers on his fathers side. Parents were divorced as a child, leaving Acosta in his fathers custody but he always leaned towards the care from his grandparents. A truly remarkable artist with a bright future.
