Summary

[edit]
Description

beautiful Gelug Monastery in Pharping, Nepal.

That is a portrait of His Holiness The 14th Dalai Lama above his head.

You can't see them but this meditator had a bunch bugs and creatures living on his shrine and desk inbetween his books next to his bed. When people came he gestered to them to go hid - they'd crawl into the fruit and other offerings - as soon as the people left - he'd call them out, continue with his feeding of them and prayers, and they'd all crawl out again = centipedes, beetles whatever...

It was extremely sweet beyond belief.
