Description
English: Members of the Virginia Defense Force provide traffic control and parking assistance for the Commonwealth Veterans Day Ceremony Nov. 11, 2013, at the Virginia War Memorial in Richmond. Veterans Day has been observed at the War Memorial annually since 1956, and members of the VDF have volunteered their time to support the event for the past several years.
