中文：【越南復國軍司令陳中立氏追悼會-1（二之一）】

1940-1941，臺北
此張照片是在當時彭瑞麟去臺北幸町一四七番號（今濟南路齊東街），參加「越南復國軍」司令陳中立追悼會時的影像。彭瑞麟在照片最右側，讀經穿袈裟者為松原師，最左側前排的男子為黃南雄、後排的女子為Kamara女史。
越南復國軍為「越南復國同盟會」的軍事組織，原為日本扶持用以對抗越南法國勢力的軍隊，但當法國在越南北部的諒山向日本妥協後，日本便放棄對復國軍的支持，法軍乘機進行掃蕩復國軍，陳中立也被處決。由於越南復國同盟會與日本關係密切，故畫面中可看見日本的太陽旗與越南復國同盟會的會旗並列。
舉辦陳中立追悼會的場所「幸町一四七番號」，是「越南復國同盟會」領袖兼阮朝皇室彊柢（右二側面者）當時依照日本指示，在臺北進行對越南廣播宣傳活動的辦公處所。由於彊柢從事越南獨立運動而流亡海外，時常必須化名，故彭瑞麟在相本中將其稱為「林德雄」。
