Summary[edit]

This is the w:minbar which was once in use whilst the Ayasofya still functioned as a mosque under the Ottomans till 1935. The wooden frame disk visible above the minbar says "w:Allah". w:Islamic calligraphy panels can be seen on the wall to the left of the minbar.
