Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Coronal brain sections of P24 WT (A,C) and D6/Zbtb20S (B,D) mice. (A,B). Zbtb20 (red), and (C,D) Bcl11b (green). (A) Showing the Indusium Griseum (IG) in WT brains at P24 is Zbtb20 positive. (B) Showing a D6/Zbtb20S brain at P24, the Zbtb20 expression is now expanded to the CiC. (C) Showing the IG in WT brain and co-expression of Zbtb20 and bcl11b (D) Showing a D6/Zbtb20S brain and aberrant expansion of the Zbtb20/Bcl11b co-expression to the CiC. All IG granule neurons in the WT are Bcl11b positive and almost all neurons in the D6/Zbtb20s CiC are co-expressing Zbtb20/Bcl11b for further reference Bcl11b is used along with position in co-staining.
