Description Sgt. William Downer, a crew chief with the Mississippi National Guard's Company B, 1st Battalion, 111th Aviation Regiment, observes the parachute landing zone during a static line jump Oct. 27, 2017, over the Gulf of Mexico on the Miss Gulf Coast.
