Decision No 17 of the Aimag Khural of 2011-03-17: http://omnogovi.khural.mn/m/j3ky

  • lower third orange
  • upper two thirds blue like a Khadag
  • In the stem-side third of the blue field the province COA (need more reliable translation for positioning)
    • with a diameter equal to the with of the orange field
    • vertically centered, at equal distance from stem and orange field
  • size ratio 1:2
